Nepal Bangladesh Bank Ltd. was established in June 1994 with an authorized capital of Rs. 240 million and Paid up capital of Rs. 60 million as a Joint Venture Bank with IFIC Bank Ltd. and Bank Asia Ltd. of Bangladesh. Its Head Office is situated at New Baneshwore, Bijuli Bazar, Kathmandu.

The prime objective of this Bank is to render banking services to the different sectors like industries, traders, businessmen, priority sector, small entrepreneurs and weaker section of the society and every other people who need Banking Services. During the period of 15 years of its operation, it has accommodated a large number of clients and has been able to provide excellent services to its clients.
